When we get something we want ,
we often feel satisfied.
We even feel excited with what we are getting
but it often depends on the value of the thing we are getting.
No matter what we get ,
a luxurious place , a fancy car , a beautiful doll
it only lasts for a short period.
Once we get used to it ,
we will feel no longer excited about it
or sometimes even appreciate it less.
Luxury house becomes no different from normal
and much cheaper house.
A porsche becomes a Toyota Vios.
A Blythe becomes another teddy bear.
That happens because we have unlimited wants
and always want a better thing than we already have.
That is why
people say that
we will feel rich when we feel satisfied with what we have
not from the value of things we have.
We will be rich from the inside out.
