Anger Management

We have all been frustrated once in a while.


Sometimes we learnt to control it ,

sometimes we just let it go to our head

and suffered the consequence.



So how can we control our anger

as we surely can't control the factors

that annoy or even frustrate us

like traffic or stress from work.



The way to express the anger varies from person to person,

some may choose to burst it out

to anyone around them

in either words or reckless actions,


some may choose to suppress it

and try to control it by themselves.


One way to think of the anger is that

if we want to be angry

and burst out to the cause

like hitting the car in front of us that causes the traffic jam

we will only make the matter worse.



If we wish to have a fight with those

who displease us

it only wastes a lot of good quality time

with the fighting time

and the relationship recovery phase.



So from any points, there is no benefit

but only to our satisfaction from our evil side,

then why should we give into this evil

and let it ruin our life



just because of the small incidence.



So next time if we can't control our anger

just try to minimise the effect


or a lot of damage will be done

and could be beyond repairs.
