When we run across something that
is not going our way,
we will of course feel upset.
That can happen to anyone
anywhere
any time.
But how do we get through that frustration?
Some suggest to follow the thought
and realise that you are upset
and in the end it will disappear.
Easier said than done,
but
if we see that
there is no point in feeling that upset
as those who suffer will be no one
but yourself
not the cause of your upsetness.
Then you will realise that
there is no use
as you will be the only one
who will be burnt in that fire of anger.
So why burning ourselves,
just let it go
calm ourselves down
and it will just end in that upset
and not the greater consequence.
